Loved this place! Wonderful flavorful fresh food. Everything was delicious and spicy and vibrant, and the people were superfriendly and helpful and eager for us to enjoy our meal. We had a party of 6 and we hung out for 4 hours and (unlike so many places) they never tried to hurry us or hustle us out. While the ambience wasn't expensive or lavish, it was comfortable because the people were so friendly. You can tell the food is fresh because you can eat a ton of it but you don't feel uncomfortable afterward. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often, but the schlepp from Burbank was well worth it!

We don't live in the area, but wish we did to have this food again. This is a cozy place off the boulevard near city hall. The menu is robust with so many options! As a party of six we were fortunate to try many options. We started with vegetable samosas that were perfection! Fluffy, curry potato and pea filling with delicious sauces. My favorite was the garlic dinner with chicken and the buhna chicken. The lamb bruhna, tikka masala, butter chicken, coconut curry shrimp and lots of naan! The garlic naan and cheese garlic naan were insane! The rice was perfect, fluffy and the best layer for our entrees. It was absolutely one of the best Indian meals we've had! The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. There was a constant rotation of folks picking up food and everyone seemed like a regular. We loved it! Highly recommended this for great food!

It's a little hidden, it's in between other stores, but people should definitely come to this Indian restaurant in the valley!! Their chicken tikka masala was great and the service was absolutely lovely, they're so kind. The inside decor is pretty bland so that might not attract people but it's great food.

Place is great, delicious, reasonable price, and they even include the jasmine rice with entrees which everybody else in the Valley gouges you for. Shams is the guy, and sometimes a one man show before the peak business hours, so cut him some slack if you order before 5pm. He's cool, very good to his customers. Everybody there's friendly. Dining in is laid back and casual, takeout just as good.
